Breathe in or out from mouth or nose??

Levo dos años haciendo estos ejercicios de respiración , me ha traído buenos resultados en mi salud, pero lo más impresionante del método pude evidenciarlo en cuanto a beneficio fue con mi presión arterial, resulta que se me ocurre tomarme la presión arterial y los resultados fueron de 144/76, me preocupe y continue puesto el tensiómetro en mi brazo y se me ocurrió hacer la primera seción del método de respiración y volverme a tomar la presión y para sorpresa la presión automática mente sus valores se regularon, siendo estos valores 117/74

One trick I’ve discovered is when the cold hits you and you want to gasp, swallow and resist the gasp reflex, really try to override it completely and breathe steady and slow. Keep swallowing to override any gasp reflex, this brings the subconscious into your conscious control and makes it WAY easier to withstand the cold.

today i can no longer do the wim hof method & it hurts my heart, been doing it regularly since 2018🥲 i think the hyperventilation, specifically, activates my seizure episodes too often. been had em since 2021. this morning was rough, currently smoking weed to help. got a lot of shit going on & usually the method helps but maybe one day again. thank you for everything, truly ♥️
